April 01 20162016-04-01Evening outdoor photograph at an ashram-style courtyard with a dark wooden building behind. In the centre, a man with long swept-back dark hair wears an orange-brown robe and a large red and yellow marigold garland with a white flower at its centre. He walks barefoot toward the right, hands at his sides. Behind him, a shaved-headed priest in saffron-orange cloth with a rudraksha mala and a bare upper body walks along the same path. On the left, a row of people in white with red-and-white shawls stand with palms pressed together in anjali, and a woman in a white sari with gold border and a brown shawl also has her hands folded. A woman in white stands at the right, hands together. Stainless steel barrier posts line the path, and a rolled mat and draped cloth sit on a low platform at right.2016-02-07April 01 20162016-04-01February 07 20162016-02-07Outdoor procession on a paved path lined with green trees. A bearded man with long dark hair, a red bindi and a tilak walks at centre in a rust-red dhoti-style wrap and draped shawl, wearing a heavy gold pendant necklace over rudraksha malas and rust-red beaded armlets. Behind him, women in yellow and cream saris and men in white dhotis with gold borders walk in step, many wearing rudraksha malas. The man's appearance matches the page's Swamiji candidate on several cues (long hair, rudraksha malas, ceremonial gold necklace, rust-red robes), so he is a probable Swamiji in procession.2016-08-12February 07 20162016-02-07October 27 20142014-10-27November 11 20152015-11-11December 02 20172017-12-02February 16 20162016-02-16 +2 copiesNight photograph of a bearded man standing at the centre, hands pressed together in anjali at the chest, gazing upward. He wears a rust-red-brown dhoti and upper cloth with gold border, a multi-strand rudraksha mala with a large gold pendant, and a long garland of white, yellow, pink and green flowers with a tassel hanging to his waist. A red tilak marks his forehead. Behind him stand other figures in orange and brown garments, one holding a tall golden staff at the left edge, with a crowd faintly visible in the dark background. Appearance-based label: a person, wearing rudraksha malas, gold ornaments and a flower garland, standing in a procession.2016-09-05August 15 20172017-08-15
