A white Toyota Innova hatchback drives along a narrow, newly laid gravel-and-tar mountain road lined with dense green trees and bushes. An orange flag is mounted on the car's roof rack, and the car bears a yellow number plate. Ahead, an orange bulldozer or roller works on the road surface, with smoke rising from the machinery. A worker in dark clothing stands on the roadside, and stone-lined drainage runs along the verge. The forested hillside rises under overcast sky.
