Most wear orange headbands and white shirts with orange collars or sashes, and one older bald man at right wears an orange headband, orange sash and a beaded rudraksha-style mala. A man in a dark navy suit with an orange tie and orange lanyard stands centrally, pointing at a sheet of paper held in his hand. In the foreground at left, a young boy in an orange cloth wrap holds a booklet open. A wall-mounted air cooler is visible at far left and framed notices hang on the wall behind the group.
