A seated man in an orange-saffron shawl draped over his shoulders sits at a microphone on a stand, with his chin resting on his right hand and a white tilak on his forehead. Behind him, a yellow banner with red-orange lettering is visible, and women in orange wraps sit nearby, one with palms pressed together. A white-haired person and others in the foreground are partly visible. The man's appearance, with long swept-back hair, a saffron shawl and a microphone at a discourse, is consistent with a person, though the frame is cropped and the identification is uncertain.
