A large blue-painted cylindrical Shivalinga is bathed in liquid, with dark streaks running down its surface and a garland of marigolds, roses and mixed flowers in yellow, purple, white, red and green draped over its top and sides. A silver band with embossed floral patterns and a round silver disc in the centre encircles the lower part. Two priests stand on a raised metal platform behind it; the foremost wears an orange-red dhoti and a shawl across the body, has a long rudraksha mala hanging to his waist, and pours liquid from a white vessel onto the linga. A second priest in orange stands beside him, partly hidden. Rows of smaller black stone lingas stand on a red brick terrace in the foreground, with trees behind. This appears to be a Shivalinga abhishekam.
