Weathered stone shows faint orange-red pigment traces.2007-07-02Close-up photograph of a weathered stone relief carved on a flat stone panel. A small carved figure with a rounded head, a bun-like headdress and a prominent face is shown reclining or leaning horizontally, with one arm raised and the body in a curved pose. The stone is pale grey with visible erosion and speckled surface wear, and faint red pigment remains on the face area. No living people are visible, and the figure is a sculpted depiction rather than a person.2008-10-15A smiling man with long, swept-back dark hair sits in front of a red-brown wall decorated with white folk-style painted figures of dancers, a tree and a seated figure with a trident. He wears a saffron-orange wrap over his shoulders and has his hands clasped together. Long brass chains with tassels hang in the foreground and a small potted plant with a black bag sits at the lower left beside a red-framed window.2006-10-22A photograph of a white chalk kolam drawn on a grey concrete floor. The central design is a flower-like motif of white petals outlined in dark red, with four petal-shaped figures arranged around it at the top, bottom, left and right. Above the motif are two pairs of white striped lines outlined in red, flanking a small white swirl or curl. Dark damp patches mark the concrete, and a pale wall edge is visible at the right. No people are visible in the scene.2010-01-09A red painted kolam-style floor or wall design on a white plastered surface. A large circular mandala with an eight-petal lotus-like pattern surrounds a central swastika motif made of dots. Outer ring of curling scrolls, teardrop shapes and small dots radiates outward. No people are visible.2010-07-07October 22 20062006-10-22July 02 20072007-07-02A photograph of a small terracotta clay toy resembling a horse-drawn cart or chariot.
