A photograph taken indoors in a plain whitewashed room with a concrete floor. A bald man with glasses in an orange-saffron kurta and dhoti raises his right hand in a blessing gesture toward a visitor. The visitor wears a black knitted cap, a white kurta and a maroon-and-gold brocade shawl, with a beaded wooden rudraksha-style mala around his neck. Behind them a man in a white kurta with a yellow shawl stands with folded hands, and other people stand in the background near an open doorway. A vertical pillar is painted with red, blue, yellow and green floral and geometric patterns. On the right, a table holds brass plates, a steel pot, a folded orange cloth and gold-coloured ornaments. A standing fan is at the left and another at the right. A small framed religious picture hangs on the wall. The orange-robed man is a person by appearance: a bald, saffron-robed figure giving a blessing to a visitor in a setting of ritual objects.2010-09-27A photograph taken indoors in a large hall with exposed rafters and fluorescent lights. In the foreground, a figure in orange robes and an orange turban with a red dot on the forehead stands at right, wearing a long rudraksha mala and a large gold ceremonial pendant, gesturing with open hands as he speaks. To the left, a man in a white dhoti and shawl with a red border, wearing glasses and white ash markings on his forehead, listens attentively. Between them, a bearded man in a yellow garment with a green border and beaded necklaces holds a small camera. Behind them are small wooden shrine canopies decorated with green and multicoloured hanging beads and garlands, and a man in a brown jacket stands at right.November 24 20062006-11-24August 06 20092009-08-06February 11 20132013-02-11July 31 20152015-07-31December 30 20092009-12-30February 09 20132013-02-09August 14 20112011-08-14April 01 20082008-04-01April 01 20082008-04-01February 09 20132013-02-09
