No speaker or throne is clearly visible in the frame, and no one in the audience is identifiable as a person. Roughly several dozen people are visible.

A large indoor hall with red-and-white striped mats and wood-panelled walls where many seated participants perform a ritual. Most wear white or light clothing and red shawls, and many have their palms pressed together in prayer or hold lit oil lamps. In the foreground, a woman in a red shawl and white outfit lights a small lamp beside a brass thali holding kumkum, flowers and sweets on a white cloth. Several women in white and red sit with papers and bags nearby. A person in saffron robes sits at the far right edge. No clear a person candidate is distinguishable, so this is a group satsang or puja gathering with participants in prayer.
