A temple sanctum interior during a lamp-lit worship. In the foreground a shaven-headed man in orange-saffron robes and a rudraksha mala stands with his back to the camera, watching. Beside him a woman in orange sari stands near a golden-draped deity murti with lit oil lamps around it. A bare-chested priest in a white dhoti with a coloured border, and a second man in white dhoti, tend the shrine. A circular lamp glows in the doorway behind them, and a red-and-gold canopy edges the top left. Dark stone walls surround the scene.

A dim temple interior with a lit doorway framed by stone pillars, a bright oil lamp glowing at the entrance. In the foreground on the right, a man in a rust-orange sannyasi cloth with a rudraksha mala and a white-banded forehead stands beside a bare-chested man in a white dhoti with gold necklaces. On the left, a man in a green and gold shawl wears a white flower garland. Behind them, a bare-chested man in a cream dhoti and another in saffron stand near the lit doorway, and a figure in red appears further back. No clearly distinctive a person cues are visible on any candidate, so identity remains uncertain.

A photograph inside a dim stone shrine where a black lingam sits draped with red and white cloth and a golden yoni-base. A woman in an orange-saffron sari with a dark beaded necklace raises a lit camphor flame or lamp before the deity. Beside her a bald man in saffron stands with hands folded. At right an older bare-chested man in a red dhoti and a younger bare-chested priest in a white dhoti with an orange-edged cloth over his shoulder face the shrine. Brass oil lamps, a brass vessel and a tall brass lamp stand flank the scene, and a hose runs along the top of the doorway. Five people are visible, including partially visible figures at the edges.

Beside the altar, a figure in orange robes stands at the shrine. Three men on the right, bare-chested and wearing white dhotis with coloured borders, stand in attendance, one holding a brass vessel. Brass lamps and ritual implements sit on a ledge to the right. The room is dark with grey stone walls.

Inside a narrow stone temple passage at Omkareshwar, a seated figure in a maroon-red robe and orange shawl, wearing a marigold garland and gold necklace, receives a ritual from the group around the central sanctum. A brass kalasha-style pot hangs above a golden circular yoni-shaped base strewn with marigolds and flower petals, while a brass vessel sits in front. Men in white kurtas and cream shawls stand around, one holding a long silver rod, another in a pale yellow kurta holding a metal pot, and a man in a white shirt with a lanyard looks on. A camera operator on the left films the scene, and a woman in orange and a woman in red sari stand near the railing.

A photograph inside a dim, stained temple sanctum with a round metal railing around a brass yoni-shaped lingam platform (jalhari-style) holding a brass kalasha and marigold petals. Devotees crowd the rail. A seated priest in a red-and-orange dhoti and rudraksha-style beads sits at the front, while a man in white with a red shawl stands holding a microphone. Women in orange and red saris, and girls, stand among men in white kurtas and dhotis. A brass donation box, a wall clock, and an air conditioner are visible on the walls. Several people hold up mobile phones.

Photograph inside a dim temple sanctum: a shirtless priest in white dhoti bends over a shrine with a lit oil lamp, while another priest beside him holds his hands near the flame. In the foreground, two people in saffron-orange garments stand with their backs partly to the camera; the nearer one wears a rudraksha mala crossing the shoulder, a headband of beads and a large beaded necklace, the other a white and beaded necklace. A brass kalasha/pot is visible at the lower right edge, and a small lamp stands on the wall at right. No one is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance; the figures in saffron are devotees or attendants.
