The lingam sits on a round yoni-style base. Behind it, a brown patterned cloth and a small brass or silver object are visible at the edges. No people are visible in the frame.2013-12-19Close view of several black stone Shivalingams on round yoni-peetha bases, one central lingam topped with a white flower and green leaves, with white ritual powder or milk traces on the bases. Blurred figures in the background include a person in white dhoti with bare upper body and others in blue, red and patterned saris, apparently seated in a puja or abhishekam setting. No clearly visible faces of a person are identifiable; the scene suggests Shiva lingam worship.2016-12-11 +1 copiesClose photo of an abhishekam at a black stone Shivalinga. A hand in the foreground places a clear crystal-like object and pink flower petals on the dark polished linga, while other devotees in white ritual clothes sit behind with brass vessels and a red wall. A devotee at left holds pink flowers. The scene is a Rudra Abhishekam ritual at an ashram.2016-12-02A black stone shivalingam on a square yoni-pitha base is being bathed with water poured from a golden pot held by a person in white garments at upper right, with a thin stream visible. Red and orange flower petals and a red flower rest on top of the lingam, and yellow and white flower petals line the base. A small brass oil lamp with a cobra-hooded handle burns in front. Behind, a golden murti of a deity in orange and red sits near brass plates of offerings and food, and a second black lingam stands at left beside a golden vessel. This looks like an abhishekam ritual.2016-12-18December 03 20162016-12-03Close photo of black stone Shivalinga (lingams) on square yoni-peetha bases being offered yellow flower petals. A hand with a red thread and gold bangle, wearing a red garment, drops petals onto the central lingam. Brass kalasha pots and a brass bowl sit in the background, with other hands and white-clad devotees visible at the left edge. Yellow petals are scattered across the bases, and white chalk-like markings streak the stones. Scene suggests Shiva abhishekam or puja offerings.2016-12-03Close view of abhishekam at a shivalinga. Two dark black stone lingams stand in the foreground, one with a fine rippled surface. A long gold-coloured vessel with a spout pours a thin stream of water over the nearer lingam, droplets spraying in the air. Blurred figures in orange robes and white garments sit behind, and a hand holding the vessel appears at right. Brass pots and gold-toned vessels sit on the ground nearby.2016-11-26 +1 copiesJuly 31 20172017-07-31 +1 copiesClose-up of a black stone Shiva lingam on a brass yoni-pitha base with water and a green leaf, set on a brass tray over an orange cloth. Behind it, a small printed card and a photograph show a figure in orange and red robes; the printed portrait is a depiction and cannot be confirmed as a person from appearance. Watermarked archive photo of a ritual abhishekam setup.2013-01-24 +1 copiesA row of black stone Shivalingams on a red-bordered stone platform receive abhishekam, with brass pouring vessels held over them. A bare-armed devotee's hand reaches down to a lingam draped with an orange-red rudraksha mala, and a brass tray holds flowers and small oil lamps. On the left a bare-shouldered person in a rudraksha mala kneels, and on the right a figure in white robes holds a brass pot. The scene shows Rudra abhishekam at the rows of lingams. Visible people are partially shown, so the count is limited.2016-12-16
