A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a matching orange turban sits on an ornate gold throne with a carved back, draped with a zebra-striped cloth. He wears a long beaded mala and a gold necklace, with a red-orange shawl over his shoulders, and a forehead marking. A shaved-headed priest in an orange cloth kneels at the left, holding a lit flame over a vessel as part of a ritual. Brass bells hang at the top and gold-painted pillars frame the scene. The seated figure appears to be Swamiji (probable), based on saffron clothing, turban, shawl, beaded mala and gold necklace, seated in a place of honour.2013-03-04May 05 20132013-05-05A seated man in saffron robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a carved gold backrest and a tiger-skin cloth draped over the seat. He wears a long gold necklace, a red tilak on his forehead, and has his palms joined in greeting. A bald priest in orange robes stands at left, holding a lit lamp with flames toward him. Hanging brass oil lamps and bells decorate the wall above, with multicoloured painted panels at the sides. The seated figure shows distinctive ceremonial gold necklaces and saffron clothing, consistent with the candidate a person in a throne seating during a lamp offering.2013-03-08A seated man in a rust-red saffron robe sits cross-legged on an ornate gold throne carved with floral motifs and lion figures, draped with leopard-print and tiger-skin cushions. He wears a gold crown, gold armbands, a gold necklace and a rudraksha mala, with a red tilak on his forehead, and raises both palms in greeting. A silver staff topped with a serpent stands beside him, hanging bells and brass lamps are above, and a flame burns to the left where a figure holds a lamp. Swamiji (probable) is the seated figure, given the crown, saffron robe, gold necklace and mala cues.2017-09-08 +1 copiesNovember 18 20152015-11-18A seated man in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a gold lion-headed armrest, draped with a striped tiger-skin cloth.
