A figure in a tall gold-yellow crinkled turban with a peacock-feather ornament and a silver crown-like ornament, wearing an orange and cream dhoti-style garment and gold armlet with coral beads, bends forward while a small boy in a dark shirt leans in with lowered head. Behind them stand a woman in a white saree with gold border and a girl in a turquoise top watching, while a woman in white and yellow sari stands to the left. The setting is an indoor hall with a soft-focus background and a partially visible silver object in the foreground.2011-09-02A man in a golden-yellow crinkled turban with a green and blue peacock-feather ornament and a jewelled forehead band holds a small white card in his outstretched hand and looks down at it. He wears a peach-coloured sleeveless garment with gold trim, multi-strand beaded necklaces in red, green and orange, and orange-and-gold bangles. Beside him a young girl in a teal top with a small red bindi watches intently, with another person partly visible behind. Blurred figures fill the foreground and background of a warmly lit hall.2011-09-02May 14 20132013-05-14May 14 20132013-05-14A photograph of a seated man in an orange-saffron robe with a long dark rope-like rudraksha mala draped over his shoulders, his long hair swept back, extending his right arm to place his palm on the head of a young boy in a grey-and-white polo shirt with his hands raised in greeting. Behind them, a row of devotees stands in a hall, including a young girl in white, women in colourful salwar and white or cream sarees, and a woman wearing a lanyard. The seat is a dark red velvet throne-like chair with an orange cloth on its arm. Swamiji (probable) is identified by the long swept-back hair, saffron robe and rudraksha mala, giving a blessing as a darshan moment.2013-05-24December 17 20112011-12-17A seated man in an orange-saffron wrap with a long rudraksha mala draped over his shoulders extends his right arm to rest his hand on the head of a young boy in a white T-shirt who stands with head bowed. Long dark hair falls down his back, and a red-cushioned seat is in the foreground. Behind them, a woman in a cream sari with gold border smiles, and other devotees and children in colorful clothes stand in a crowded hall. The scene suggests a blessing or darshan.2013-05-24A seated man with long dark hair and an orange-brown saffron-toned garment, with a beaded rudraksha-style mala around his neck, reaches forward to place his hand on the head of a young boy kneeling before him. The boy wears a white t-shirt, a red-brown mala, and has a pink and gold ceremonial cloth wrapped on his head. Behind them, a woman in white sari with a beaded necklace sits and watches. Gold and silver ritual objects, a golden figure of a horse and a silver lamp stand, and a garland of yellow, orange and purple flowers are visible in the background, along with standing women in white saris and fans.2013-07-21A long-haired figure in a rust-orange dhoti-style wrap and a rudraksha mala sits in the foreground, leaning forward to place a hand on the head of a young boy with a bowed head. Behind them, a man in white dhoti-and-shawl stands at left, and a person in white with rudraksha malas and gold necklace stands at right among several children in white and light clothing. A dark red curtain hangs in the background. The scene looks like a blessing or darshan moment with a small group of children and devotees.2013-05-13A photograph of a darshan moment in an indoor hall. A man in a yellow turban and yellow saffron-coloured shawl, with layered beaded necklaces, red and gold bangles on his arms, and a red tilak on his forehead, rests his right hand on the head of a bare-chested devotee who bows with his palms pressed together. The devotee wears a rudraksha mala and an orange cloth draped over his shoulder. Several men in white shirts and dhotis stand behind them, and a projection screen glows in the background.2011-11-24July 10 20132013-07-10A photograph of a darshan line where a figure in orange robes and an orange head wrap, with long dark hair and a bead necklace, extends a hand over a young boy in a white shirt. Behind them, women in a pale blue sari and a red-and-gold sari stand close, one woman in white with an orange lanyard at the left edge, and men in white shirts and a purple garment stand in the background. The orange-robed figure is a probable Swamiji by appearance: long swept-back hair, orange head wrap and saffron robes, with a bead necklace; this is a candidate, so the swamiji field is in_person.2010-02-17
