A smiling man sits on an ornate silver throne covered with jewelled and embossed silver filigree, draped with tiger-striped orange cushions. He wears a tall gold crown with a red forehead mark, a red-and-gold silk garment, a heavy gold necklace, a red-and-green flower garland and gold bangles. Marigold and rose flowers decorate the throne and the floor, with a Ganesha murti visible at left and a kalasha-like offering area in front. Some flower-adorned plates are near his feet. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, ornate gold crown, saffron-toned clothing and ceremonial gold ornaments match the page's Avatar Day context, indicating a seated guru receiving puja on a throne.2013-12-27December 27 20132013-12-27December 27 20132013-12-27December 09 20162016-12-09October 13 20172017-10-13December 27 20132013-12-27A seated man on an ornate silver throne encrusted with jewel-coloured stones and a tiger-striped cushion. He wears a golden crown, a rust-brown silk garment with a gold border, a multi-strand gold necklace, a gold pendant and a thick garland of pink, red, green and yellow flowers. Gold bangles are on his wrists and arms. A tall garland of yellow and purple flowers stands at the right edge. Tiger-striped throne cushions and gilded silver fittings frame him. Probable Swamiji: the golden crown, rudraksha-style gold ornaments and ceremonial garlands match the appearance cues; he is being honoured on a throne.2013-12-27December 27 20132013-12-27November 17 20132013-11-17 +2 copiesDecember 16 20112011-12-16August 17 20142014-08-17 +1 copiesFebruary 12 20132013-02-12
