A photograph of a pada puja in a hall. A man in an orange robe with a long dark rudraksha mala sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne with eyes closed and hands resting on his lap. Surrounding devotees in white ritual clothes sit on the floor with palms pressed together in prayer, including a bald priest in white with a gold necklace and a woman in a red sari. Silver trays hold pink flowers, red fruit and offering bowls at the foot of the throne. A shaved-headed man in front and a woman in red at the right are seated in devotion, and a microphone stands at the left. The scene is a pada puja, a devotional foot-worship ceremony.

A photograph of a devotional gathering in a plain room with cream walls and white-painted panelling. A man with hair tied in a bun, wearing a saffron-orange robe, sits on an ornate gold-framed throne with a red cushioned seat, hands pressed together in anjali. Seated on the floor before him, several devotees in white and pastel clothes sit with hands folded, and a woman in a white sari with gold jewellery holds a silver plate. Silver puja trays with offerings and lamps are placed in front. A red-lidded box in the foreground holds sweets, red apples, rudraksha malas and packets. Two red wooden chairs stand against the back wall. The man in saffron resembles the probable Swamiji by his long swept-back hair, saffron robe and throne, which is a probable candidate; he is shown in person in this photograph.
