Beside him an older man in a pale green shirt and a teal cloth over his shoulder watches, and a man in a white shirt with a red-and-white cord across his chest plays a small percussion or string instrument, his head bowed. A seated figure on the left wears a saffron-orange turban, orange cloth draped over the shoulder and bare chest, and has long hair and a beard; he rests a hand on the head of a kneeling man in a white shirt who bends forward holding a red fruit. Around them, seated devotees in white and pale shirts and dhotis watch, one holding a red fruit. Orange and yellow flowers and small packets lie on the floor, and a pedestal fan and a motorbike outside are visible. The figure's appearance is consistent with the a person candidate cues (orange turban and clothing, long hair), so the identification is probable but unconfirmed.2006-11-19September 23 20062006-09-23November 19 20062006-11-19A photograph taken indoors in a dim whitewashed room with an arched niche and a dark wooden door at left.
