A photograph of a temple ritual before a large golden relief of a four-armed deity seated in a lotus-like pose, with one hand raised in blessing and a serpent-hooded canopy behind the head. In the centre stands a tall silver-coloured lingam draped with a red-and-yellow marigold garland and marked with white tripundra lines, set on a golden yoni base with a white-and-gold decorated cloth. A bare-chested priest with a topknot and an orange-saffron dhoti stands with his back to the camera, hand resting on the lingam, appearing to perform abhishekam or puja. Flanking the central image are gold-framed shrines holding small murtis garlanded with yellow flowers, red and blue elephant-patterned banners hang at the sides, and a row of coconuts and green leaves lies in the foreground.

A photograph of a temple abhishekam at a large gilded deity murti with multiple raised arms, seated above a silver-toned shivalinga draped with a red and white garland of flowers. A bare-chested man with a tied-up head of hair and a beard, wearing an orange cloth and rudraksha beads, stands with his back to the camera and reaches toward the linga. Offerings of green leaves and fruit lie in the foreground, and purple and red silk cloths and a decorated white silver-and-gold ornament adorn the altar.

A priest in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl with white sacred ash markings on his arms and chest stands at a golden deity murti, extending his hands over a cobra-hooded deity figure adorned with white flower garlands tied with red and yellow blooms, a jewelled silver-and-gold ornamental covering, and a purple-and-red cloth. Behind him stand gilded and jewelled statues in ornate crowns and garlands, and a red velvet backdrop frames the golden arch. A rudraksha mala is visible on his wrist. The setting suggests an abhishekam or aarti at a temple shrine.

Golden deity murtis stand in the background, with a large gold Shiva-Parvati style pair and two gold-painted guardian figures flanking the sanctum. In the foreground a man with long dark hair, a brown turban and a bare back, wearing a brown cloth, stands with his back to the camera and holds a ritual object toward a central altar holding a decorated lingam-like form and a kalasha. Brass lamps with yellow flower garlands stand at the right and a small brass lamp is on the left. The scene looks like an abhishekam or puja. Watermarked by the archive in the corner, which is not described.
