August 16 20092009-08-16A photograph of a long, tiled institutional corridor with white walls, a row of windows on the right and open doorways. In the foreground a person in a flowing saffron-orange wrap and dhoti, with long dark hair and a tilak on the forehead, walks forward with one hand resting near the waist. Further down the corridor a second person in white clothing with an orange shawl walks away from the camera, and a partially visible figure in white stands at the left edge. Two people appear in the scene. Presentation cues on the foreground figure include long swept hair and saffron robes, consistent with a person walking in a college building, though the identification is uncertain.2006-09-17A photograph of people walking barefoot through a wooden doorway into a light-coloured building with a polished stone floor and a view of trees outside. The central figure wears an orange robe, an orange shawl and a long yellow-and-red marigold garland, with a red-and-yellow tilak on his forehead and long dark hair. Beside him on the left, a man in white dhoti and shirt walks with hands folded. Behind, another person in an orange shawl and white clothes walks, and a man in white dhoti and shirt with a wristwatch stands on the right. Garlands in yellow and red line the doorframe. The central figure has long swept-back hair and saffron robes with a garland, so an appearance-based candidate for a person is present but the cues are not fully distinctive enough to confirm.2010-02-17September 17 20062006-09-17A photograph of a long, pale white corridor with arched windows at a college building. A central figure in an orange saffron wrap and orange robe, with a matching orange head turban and long hair, walks barefoot down the tiled floor, flanked by several men. Around him, men wear white kurtas and white dhotis with orange shawls draped over their shoulders, and one man in a white shirt and light trousers with a lanyard walks beside them. Two men in white are visible at the rear of the group. The setting suggests a walk between sessions.2006-09-17August 02 20092009-08-02June 14 20092009-06-14July 11 20092009-07-11A photograph of four men walking along a bright white corridor with grey tiled floor, potted plants and a window grille on the left. The man in the centre wears an orange saffron shawl over his body, a gold-toned ornate necklace with a large pendant, and a red-orange bindi on his forehead; he has short dark hair and walks barefoot-style in sandals. Beside him on the left, a younger man in orange robes with a red-bordered cloth walks smiling. Behind them, a man in white shirt and white dhoti holds a small silver vessel, and an older man in white shirt and dhoti with a rudraksha-style mala carries a small silver cup. Potted palms and a wall-mounted sign line the corridor.2009-08-16A photograph inside a bright, plain room with pink walls and a white tiled floor. In the centre, a figure with long, swept-back dark hair wears a flowing saffron-orange robe and a rudraksha mala draped over the chest, walking toward a right-side altar. Two men in white shirts and white dhotis stand near the open white door at left; one holds a brass tray of flowers. A third man in white and an elderly man in white dhoti stand at left. On the right, a framed portrait with a garland of yellow and red flowers sits on a white-draped table with flower offerings and a lamp. Through a barred window, several people are visible outside among trees, with a green garland strung across the top left.2010-02-16Photograph inside a white marble temple hall with carved wooden doors plated in copper-toned metal, opening to a bright archway. Four men walk across the polished floor toward the viewer. In front, a man in an orange robe with a long rudraksha mala and long hair walks barefoot. Beside him, a man in white kurta with an orange shawl and a pendant necklace walks, and behind them a man in a cream kurta and a man in an open-collared shirt follow. A white cabinet stands at left.2009-09-10A photograph of an office entrance being opened, with a long-haired figure in a flowing saffron-orange robe and a dark rudraksha mala walking through the doorway, hands held together at the chest. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron robe and rudraksha mala. Behind him, an older man in white shirt and white dhoti walks in, and another man in white shirt carries a tray. The doorway is decorated with a green leaf torana and a strand of flower garland. Two or three onlookers in light clothing stand outside a barred window on the right. Bare white-tiled floor and pale walls.2010-02-16
