A seated group of devotees in white and cream clothing with gold-bordered sarees and dhotis performs a ritual in a hall. Several women wear rudraksha mala necklaces, and a man on the right wears a white dhoti and rudraksha mala. Many bow with hands raised to their faces, touching the nose and forehead in a gesture of devotion. Brass puja vessels, small oil lamps and a red-and-white floral offering sit on a maroon cloth in front of them. Behind them other participants and a few people in the back rows sit in similar attire.2018-04-28April 28 20182018-04-28A photograph of a seated audience inside a warmly lit hall with dark wood panelling and a chandelier at upper right. In the foreground, a woman in a green sari with a gold border holds a small oil lamp, and beside her a woman in white with a white forehead mark holds a brass lamp. A bare-chested man with rudraksha malas and a white dhoti holds a small lamp, and an older man in white with glasses holds an offering. Behind them, many men in saffron-orange robes sit with palms joined in prayer, and a bearded man in orange holds a microphone. The scene reads as a puja or aarti with lamps being offered.2019-01-01Photo 11736924August 29 20122012-08-29November 22 20132013-11-22September 09 20122012-09-09 +1 copiesAugust 25 20142014-08-25April 11 20182018-04-11 +1 copies
