A photograph of a seated man in long-sleeved saffron-orange robes reading an open book with colourful illustrations, sitting cross-legged on a white-draped sofa in a plain white-walled room. A younger man in orange robes with a red forehead mark holds a steel bowl to the right. In the foreground, several children with braided and tied-back dark hair, some in white uniforms, sit on the floor facing the sofa. A white-clad attendant stands at the left edge. A white wall fan is visible at upper right. The timestamp 06.25.2008 20:11 appears at the lower right.2008-06-25A photograph taken inside a plain room with white-tiled walls and a white bed. A young girl with a long braid, wearing white kurta and white dhoti-style clothing, stands and clasps hands with a seated person in a saffron-orange robe who has long dark hair in a low tail and is smiling. A second child in white stands at the left edge, and a water bottle sits on the bed. A framed red-and-gold poster with partially visible printed text hangs on the wall above. The seated person in orange is a probable Swamiji by appearance cues: long swept-back hair and saffron clothing, shown in an exchange with children, consistent with a satsang or blessing moment. Timestamp in the lower right reads 06 25 2008 20:20.2008-06-25A photograph of a seated man in an orange saffron robe with long dark hair swept back, laughing and touching the shoulder of a boy in white kurta standing before him. Two other boys in white clothes stand nearby, and a partly visible figure in red appears at left. Behind them is a white sofa and a framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" on the wall. A timestamp reads 06.25.2008 20:21.2008-06-25September 30 20082008-09-30Indoor photo of a seated figure on a white-draped chair in an orange saffron robe with a red and white flower garland, barefoot on an orange mat, with a tall dark plait down the back. A man in a light beige short-sleeved shirt and trousers stands bowing with hands folded, facing him. On the left, a standing man in white dhoti and shirt with an orange shawl looks toward the seated figure. On the right edge, a man in a blue shirt stands with hands together. Behind them, a framed devotional picture of deities hangs on a white wall beside a barred window, and a low wooden table holds a tray of red fruit, flowers and a basket. Probable Swamiji: the seated figure wears orange robes, a long hair plait and a flower garland, so the in-person candidate is the seated figure receiving a visitor.2010-02-17Photograph of an indoor sitting room with pale blue floral-upholstered sofas and a small wooden side table holding a steel tumbler, a plate of bananas and small items. On the right, a figure in saffron-orange robes, a long rudraksha mala and a gold-bordered shawl sits on a sofa, gesturing while speaking. Opposite him on the left, a man in a white kurta and grey waistcoat sits with his hands clasped and a red tilak on his forehead. Behind them, a shaved-headed man in white with a red shawl stands holding a tray. A white fluffy rug and a patterned mat lie on the floor.2010-07-01A photograph of an indoor darshan setting. A seated man with long, swept-back black hair wears an orange saffron robe with rudraksha beads and a gold ornament at his feet; he extends a hand toward a devotee. An older bearded man in a peach-colored robe with a pink shawl kneels and offers a small packet or card, and a younger attendant in white with an orange scarf stands behind him. A deep red curtain hangs behind, with a white cushioned seat at right. Whether the seated figure is a person cannot be confirmed from appearance, so identity is left unsure.2010-07-19A photograph of an indoor hall with a white-painted wall, a maroon drape and an orange floor covering. A man in orange robes with long swept-back hair sits on a white cushioned throne-like seat, wearing orange clothing and red footwear, with a microphone stand beside him, extending his hand to receive a book. A man in white clothes kneels on the orange mat in front, presenting the book, while a standing man in white shirt and glasses watches and another man in orange robes stands to the left. A man in a white shirt and grey trousers stands barefoot bending forward with hands joined near his chest, facing the seated figure. Behind them, a man in an all-white dhoti and kurta with gold border stands at left holding papers. Palm fronds, pink roses, yellow and purple flowers decorate the stage, with a draped curtain and a framed portrait in the upper right corner.2005-09-04A photograph of a seated man in saffron-orange robes and a dark rudraksha mala necklace, sitting on a white cushioned chair before a deep red velvet drape, with a small red tilak on his forehead and long swept-back hair. He gestures with one open hand while speaking. Beside him a white-clad young man with an orange shawl stands at left, and an older man in a pale pink shawl with white hair and beard leans in toward him with hands together. A second figure in orange stands behind, and a tray with small items sits on a side table at the chair's arm. Appearance-based label: a person, seated at right, in saffron robes with rudraksha mala and long hair; no printed name attributes him.2010-07-13A seated man with long dark hair wears an orange saffron dhoti and a shawl draped over his shoulder, reaching to accept a plate of food from a standing sannyasi in orange robes. Two men in white dhotis with gold borders and rudraksha malas sit or stand at the edges, and a bald man in orange kneels at the lower right. A seated man in a white shirt holds a small item in the foreground. The room has a red draped backdrop, a blue floor and a green mat, with a pair of sandals on the floor. The seated man's distinctive long hair, orange robes and rudraksha-adorned attendants suggest a person receiving offering in a ritual setting.2012-01-02
