A seated figure in a deep red robe with a gold ornate necklace and gold bangles holds a white thread or cord that is being passed toward a bare-shouldered devotee with long wet-looking hair who bows forward, the devotee's head bent into the frame. Behind them a second attendant in orange cloth and rudraksha beads, with white body markings, holds the cord. The seated figure wears a white tilak on the forehead, long dark hair swept back, and a red throne-like seat sits in front of an ornate silver backdrop. Other partially visible people are at the edges, including a person with hair in a bun at the bottom. The setting suggests a ritual blessing or thread-tying moment.

A photograph of a seated figure in a deep maroon turban and saffron-orange shawl, wearing layered white and red-beaded garlands, gold bangles and a gold-handled staff, reaching out to bless the forehead of an older man in a white kurta who leans forward with palms raised. Behind them are ornate gold and pink floral decorations and other seated devotees, including a woman in white with a rudraksha mala and a man in a maroon turban. The scene suggests a blessing exchange in a ritual hall.

A photograph of a seated man in red-maroon robes, wearing layered red and yellow-orange garlands and a long gold-beaded necklace, extends his right hand to touch the forehead of a blindfolded devotee in a red shawl kneeling with palms pressed together. A bald priest in saffron-orange cloth and rudraksha malas kneels on the left. Behind them, a gilded throne-like seat, silver rods, brass lamps and a white-clad blindfolded participant with folded hands appear in a ceremonial hall with tented ceiling. Several other people sit in the background.

Photograph of a bare-chested priest in a white sacred thread, marked with white ash stripes on his chest and arms, pressing his palms to the forehead of a seated man. The seated man wears a saffron-red shawl, a long ornate gold necklace with a gold pendant, rudraksha bracelets on his upper arm and wrist, a white tilak with a red dot, and long swept-back hair. Behind him stands a large ornate gold-and-red throne with a red cushion. A gold-tipped staff is held near the bottom. Two people are visible, a priest-like attendant and a seated figure receiving a blessing, consistent with a darshan or blessing ritual. Swamiji (probable) appears to be the seated figure, judged by his saffron shawl, ornate gold necklace, rudraksha bracelets, long swept-back hair and throne.

A photograph of a ceremonial scene in a temple-like hall. A bearded man seated on an ornate white-draped throne wears a rust-red turban with a vertical tilak on his forehead, a red-orange saffron-toned robe, multiple rudraksha mala necklaces, a gold chain, and beaded bracelets, and holds his right hand raised in blessing with eyes closed. A shirtless man with a white cloth around his waist kneels before him with his back turned, while a bare-chested attendant in orange cloth with a rudraksha mala leans in from the left, holding a white cloth or offering. Another bare-chested attendant stands at the right edge, and a colourful painted deity murti with multiple arms is visible in the background.

Outdoor ceremony at an ashram with a seated figure on an ornate gold-and-red throne, wearing a rust-orange turban, orange-brown robe, a long ornate gold necklace with rudraksha beads, and gold bangles; he smiles while placing his hand on the head of a kneeling woman with long dark wavy hair in an orange-red robe with maroon trim. Behind them, saffron-clad figures and white-clad devotees stand on red stone steps, with palm trees and a red-and-white banner in the background; a crowd sits in the stands on the right.

A seated man in red-maroon robes with a red and orange flower garland and a long gold-bead necklace reaches out to touch the head of a devotee. The seated man has long hair tied back and wears gold earrings, with a silver staff and a throne-like seat behind him draped in red fabric with a floral arch. A bald priest in orange-saffron robes and rudraksha beads stands at left, assisting; a devotee with a white cloth over the eyes kneels in front, and a woman in white with a white eye-cloth stands with hands folded in the background. Brass ritual lamps, a kalasha-style set and a colourful canopy frame the scene. Swamiji (probable) appearance cues: long swept-back hair, gold ornamentation and a red-maroon robe with a rudraksha-style gold necklace, seated in a throne. The seated figure is the presiding teacher giving blessing.
