A smiling man in an orange-saffron silk dhoti and matching shawl stands with hands folded at a dark temple interior behind a black metal railing. He wears a long multi-strand beaded necklace of gold and green beads, gold bangles on his upper arms and wrists, and a red tilak on his forehead. Behind the railing, gold-plated shrine elements and a brass kalasha-style finial are visible in dim light. Several people in orange and white clothing stand to the right, including a boy in glasses. A small pink flower garland is at the lower right edge.

A man in saffron-orange draped robes with gold border stands barefoot on a dark stone temple floor, smiling with hands clasped at his waist. He wears a long gold bead mala, gold armlets and bangles, with white and red forehead markings, and his shoulder-length dark hair is swept back. Behind him stands a boy in a striped tank top and red shorts beside a metal railing, with a gilded shrine element and a lit lamp in the dark temple interior. The scene appears to be a temple visit. Probable Swamiji appearance: long swept-back hair, saffron draped robes and a gold bead mala.

A photograph at a temple entrance of a man in an orange-saffron robe with long swept-back black hair, a red bindi and white tilak, hands pressed together in namaste and smiling. He wears a heavy gold necklace of large beads. Behind him, several men in orange robes with maroon borders carry or handle a tall green-and-flower decorated pole with garlands in yellow, white and red. Other figures in white and orange surround them at a grey stone temple gateway with carved sculptures. Several people are visible, including partially visible ones at the edges.

Outdoor photo at dusk of a man standing with hands clasped in front of him and eyes lowered, wearing a saffron-orange draped robe and a heavy gold bead necklace of large ornate beads. A red bindi marks his forehead. Behind him a tall gold trident rises on the left beside a figure in white robes wearing a gold bead necklace. A woman in an orange shawl stands with palms pressed together, and a man in a blue shirt is at the right edge. A crowd of onlookers and a light-coloured architectural backdrop with bell-shaped ornaments fill the background.

Close portrait photo of a smiling man with long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi on his forehead. He wears an orange-saffron shawl with a gold border over a red inner garment. Behind him are blue metal railings and a blurred building with a pale dome.

A standing man in saffron-orange robes with gold-bordered dhoti and shawl stands with hands folded in front of a stone pillar carved with scrollwork, in a marble-walled hall. He wears layered gold bead necklaces, long swept-back hair, and a red tilak on his forehead. To his left, another person in orange robes stands partly visible. On the right, a man in white kurta and white trousers stands with arms crossed. A low orange-draped table or seat is in the lower right foreground. Appearance-based label: Swamiji (probable), a figure in saffron robes with long hair and layered gold beaded necklaces, shown in person.

Outdoor photo at a festival procession. A long-haired man with a red bindi and white tilak stands centre frame, wearing an orange-saffron shawl draped over one shoulder and a heavy gold necklace of beads with dark accents and a gold pendant. His hands are clasped at waist level and he looks to the side. Behind him a tall gold-and-wood staff or pole is held by someone at left in orange. A younger man at right wears a yellow shawl over white clothes with a red tilak, and a woman in glasses stands at far right. Thatched huts and palm fronds frame the background. The appearance is consistent with a person candidate given long swept hair, saffron shawl and ornate gold necklace, though the identification is uncertain.
