October 03 20162016-10-03A woman in a green blouse and orange-red skirt stands on a stage in front of a deep red draped curtain, holding a microphone and speaking to a seated audience. Camera tripods flank her on both sides. Audience members sit cross-legged on the wooden floor divided by metal stanchions; most wear white clothing with red or orange shawls. A child in the front left sits among them, and a few women wear saris, one in maroon and another in blue. The setting suggests a satsang or lecture hall with a stage backdrop.2016-10-03A photograph of a satsang hall with a deep red velvet curtain backdrop. Seated on the stage rows are several people in saffron, orange and white robes wearing garlands and bead necklaces. Below, a large audience sits on coloured mats facing the stage, many in white clothes and some bare-backed, with a woman in orange kneeling on the central aisle.
