A tall copper dhvaja or flagstaff with a decorated base and a garland of white and yellow flowers stands on a red platform. A bearded man with long hair in an orange dhoti and shawl stands beside the pole, holding a garland, while another orange-clad attendant with long hair works at the base. A shirtless man in a dhoti stands nearby with a bare chest and ornaments. Several onlookers in casual clothes watch from the side, and offerings of marigolds and rose petals lie on a table. Palm trees and a red-roofed structure appear behind.
