Photo 11717000May 08 20182018-05-08A temple courtyard in Kerala with a tiled roof and wooden pillars. In the centre, a man with long dark hair crowned with pink lotus flowers and wearing a red-pink garland and rust-red dhoti stands with an arm raised, holding an object toward a tall brass multi-tiered oil lamp on a stand. To the right, men in white dhotis and orange-gold garments stand in attendance, one with a gold-and-red shawl and a bearded face, and a woman in a blue sari stands behind. In the left foreground, a bare-backed man with an orange cloth and beaded necklace looks toward the lamp. A stainless-steel vessel and black wrought-iron fencing with marigold garlands sit nearby, and a small signboard reads in Malayalam script.2018-05-08May 08 20182018-05-08Photo 11717003 +1 copiesPhoto 11716968Photo 11716981A photograph inside a temple shrine doorway with blue walls and ornate gold-toned carved frames. A bare-chested man in an orange-brown cloth wrapped at the waist, wearing a red and white flower garland, a pink lotus in his hair and gold armlets, reaches toward a small shrine ledge holding a folded paper packet and a brass oil lamp. Beside him stand two men with long hair knotted high, one with a beard in a saffron cloth and rudraksha beads, and another in an orange wrap. To the right, an older bare-chested man in a white dhoti wears a rudraksha mala. Inside the shrine, a lit oil lamp, a brass kalasha-like vessel and a small bell are visible. A metal bucket sits on the ledge. Several people stand in the background.2018-05-08Photo 11716980 +1 copiesMay 08 20182018-05-08May 08 20182018-05-08Photo 11716999 +1 copies
