The figure on the left wears a maroon turban, a purple and lavender garment, a multi-strand beaded necklace and holds a trident-like staff; the figure on the right wears a tall golden crown, a pink-and-green sari, and garlands. Both are decorated with flower garlands in red, white and multicoloured blooms. A lingam with garlands rests at the base, and flanking garlanded figures and ornamented panels appear at the edges. No physical people are visible apart from a partial figure at the far left edge.2017-09-11July 02 20152015-07-02Photograph of a shrine inside a temple showing a large gilded arch framing two painted deity murtis, one male figure with a red-orange turban, a trident and kalasha-like object in hand, and a female figure in pink and grey draped sari with a crown, both adorned with garlands of yellow, red, white and purple flowers. In front stands an empty gold and red velvet throne (peetha) with a red cushion, and a small figure in white dhoti and orange-red cloth sits on a cushioned seat beneath a garlanded canopy, with brass oil lamps (deepa) flanking the arch. Black metal barriers frame the approach on both sides. A large hanging lamp fixture is visible above.2010-09-04June 12 20182018-06-12 +1 copies
