February 20 20162016-02-20A photograph inside a bright, pale-walled hall where seated attendees in white clothes and red-orange shawls listen to a standing ritual officiant. The standing man, bare-chested with an orange and gold wrap, a white-and-green flower garland and sacred markings on his arms, holds a dark patterned kalasha pot in one hand and green leaves in the other. Seated figures wear white kurtas with red shawls, and a shaved-headed man in the lower right has forehead markings. Framed pictures of a deity hang on the walls behind them. No identifiable a person figure is visibly present in this frame.2016-02-20January 30 20162016-01-30 +1 copiesMarch 05 20162016-03-05 +1 copiesIndoor convention hall with red-cushioned chairs and seated delegates in white kurtas and red-brown shawls, many with orange lanyards. A man in the centre sits on a red cushion with white vibhuti on his forehead, a notebook on his lap and his hand to his face. Behind him a bare-chested man with a long-haired wig, a crown-like white tilak and a gold bead necklace holds a silver tray and wears an orange cloth over one shoulder, while another man in white walks past. A man on the left drinks from a water bottle and a figure in the background wears a red shawl. Wooden doors and framed notices line the walls. Roughly a dozen people are visible.2016-03-28A photograph of a ritual gathering in a hall with pink walls, a wooden door and framed pictures near the top. A woman in an orange-red sarong and matching shawl stands at right, holding a silver-wrapped vessel in one arm and extending a bundle of green leaves with her other hand, as if sprinkling or blessing. Around her, seated men with bare upper bodies, white dhotis and rudraksha malas sit on wooden chairs, some with white and red forehead markings. One man in front wears a red mark on his forehead and sits with eyes closed. The setting appears to be a formal ritual with participants seated in rows.2017-07-28 +1 copiesMarch 05 20162016-03-05 +1 copiesJuly 28 20172017-07-28 +1 copiesAugust 28 20162016-08-28 +1 copiesPhoto 11705126December 31 20162016-12-31Photo 11701976 +2 copies
