Three metal murtis stand on a grey stone ledge before a large dark stone pillar base draped with orange and yellow fabric and garlands. On the left, a small bronze standing figure with raised right hand and bare chest wears a dhoti; in the centre, a bronze sri yantra-style stepped pyramid base sits on a brass pedestal; on the right, a female deity murti wears a dark green silk sari with gold border, a crown and gold jewellery, holding a flower. Scattered yellow and white flowers lie on the ledge. These are statues, not physical people.2016-12-07Three golden metal murtis stand on a grey stone slab with scattered pink flowers and petals. At left, a golden standing male figure with a red tilak on the forehead raises one hand in blessing and wears a loincloth. In the centre is a golden stepped pyramid shaped sri meru style object. At right, a golden standing female deity murti wears a red sari with a green border and a red tilak. Behind them is a large dark stone base with scalloped lotus-like edges, and draped teal and red fabric in the background. The scene reads as a shrine display with a deity murti arrangement.2015-08-28August 25 20172017-08-25 +1 copiesKailasa Puduvai 10 AUGUST 2021 +1 copiesA close, shallow-focus view of a temple-style shrine interior with warm lamplight.
