The figure wears a beaded rudraksha-style mala and holds a snake-entwined staff in one hand and a ritual object in the other, against a backdrop of dense green leaves. The murti is the sole subject, with no physical people visible.2010-09-28February 09 20122012-02-09 +1 copiesFebruary 05 20122012-02-05A black stone statue of a four-armed deity seated in a silver-framed niche against a bright red cloth backdrop. The murti wears an orange saffron wrap and orange headband, a layered rudraksha mala and gold pendant necklaces, and rudraksha bracelets on its wrists. A white and pink flower garland hangs across its body, and marigold-type flowers rest in its lap. Its upper hands hold a drum-like object and a trident-style staff, and its lower hand shows a mudra. The statue is shown as a deity murti, not a living person.2012-04-27May 04 20132013-05-04July 14 20102010-07-14 +1 copiesJanuary 29 20122012-01-29A two-panel collage. The left panel shows a man with short dark hair, standing barefoot under a large banyan tree, wearing a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, a rudraksha mala around his neck, and hands pressed together at his chest. The right panel shows a black stone statue of a multi-armed deity seated on a pedestal, wearing an orange turban and orange garment with rudraksha beads, set in a carved white arch against a blue curtain, with red offerings in the foreground. The collage is a graphic, so no physical people are counted beyond the visible man.Photo 11725141 +1 copiesPhoto 117433262016-06-25 +1 copies
