A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a black turban sits on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion, with a trident standing behind and a brass bowl before him, consistent with a Swamiji (probable) by appearance cues such as the saffron robes and turban, placed in the centre. Devotees in white and red shawls sit on the floor holding lit oil lamps and raised hands in offering. Platters of food on banana leaves, water bottles and steel containers line the mat, and a camera operator stands at the upper left. Two people in white head coverings serve food at right, and a woman in a red sari stands with hands folded at the left.2016-02-23A photograph of a seated group meal ritual in an interior hall with cream walls and a patterned floor. At the centre, a man in orange-saffron robes and a gold-and-red necklace sits on an ornate gold throne under a gold parasol, with a silver bowl and brass lamps before him. Around him, rows of orange-robed men and women sit on striped mats facing him, while women in white saris and head coverings serve food from steel pots at the right. Banana-leaf plates with food and small bowls line the floor in front of the seated devotees. A tall banner on the left reads Nithyananda text and shows an orange-clad figure. Some seated men wear white with orange shawls printed with script.2015-07-15A large hall during a ritual gathering. A central figure in orange-saffron robes and a gold-embroidered garland sits on an ornate gold throne with a bowl before him. Seated devotees in orange-red clothing line the floor on both sides with palms pressed together, while a row of people in white attire hold lit oil lamps in the foreground. Green leaf plates with food and small cups sit before the seated participants. A trident stands beside the throne, and a pedestal fan and steel vessels appear at right, with kitchen workers in head caps nearby. A wooden partition screen runs across the back of the hall.2016-03-30June 15 20152015-06-15 +4 copiesFebruary 23 20162016-02-23A photograph of a devotional ritual inside a hall with a white marble floor and a golden throne-like seat backed by red and orange drapery. A man with long braided hair, wearing a red-and-orange robe and rudraksha beads, sits on the golden throne, with a silver bowl before him. Seated on red cushions in the foreground, devotees in white ritual clothes hold lit oil lamps (aarti) toward the throne, and several rows of monks in saffron and red robes sit with hands folded in namaskar behind long rows of banana-leaf plates set with small white cups. Electric fans, flower vases and steel vessels frame the scene. Some lamps are lit and the ritual appears to be an aarti or puja.2014-09-13A photograph of a ritual gathering in a red-walled hall. A seated figure in a red-orange turban and saffron robes, wearing a long beaded garland, sits on an ornate gold throne at upper right, with a red-orange cloth draped over the seat. Around him, devotees sit on the floor holding lit oil lamps and brass vessels; several women wear white and red shawls, others wear saris in purple, green and pink. A tall brass oil lamp stands at left, and a camera on a tripod is visible behind the group. The scene suggests puja with lamps, with the figure on the throne receiving devotees. Swamiji (probable) is the seated figure on the gold throne, identified by his red-orange turban, saffron robes and beaded garland.2015-10-26A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a red cushioned back beneath a red canopy, holding a silver bowl at a plate in the center.
