A street procession moves along a roadside lined with green shrubs and palm trees. Many people in white clothes, mostly men in white shirts and dhotis, walk in a crowd while carrying orange-red flags on poles and some white placards. Two uniformed police officers in khaki stand within the procession. Behind them are multi-storey concrete buildings, a bank signboard, a Tata Indicom shop and parked vehicles under a cloudy sky. On the left, a tall orange vertical banner shows a smiling man in orange robes and a crown-like head covering. The banner is printed, not a person present in the scene.
