A street procession moves along a busy urban road. Many people in white clothes march carrying bright orange-red flags and white placards. Uniformed police officers in khaki walk alongside, and a line of parked and passing cars, vans and autorickshaws fills the road. Colourful multi-panel umbrellas are held over a group at the lower left. A large poster on a building shows a smiling saffron-robed figure with long hair and a crown-like headdress, which is a printed image, not a physical person. Smoke or haze drifts over the crowd near the top, and roadside shops line the street.
