A night-time photograph of a group of men walking along a dark road beside a bicycle and a parked cart. Several men in saffron-orange robes walk in front, one in the centre smiling and wearing a rudraksha mala, while others in white dhotis with maroon-red borders and bare shoulders walk behind. One man at right in white holds a small book. Headlights glow at right and the scene is lit only by street light and vehicle lights.

A night-time procession on a dark road, with a crowd of devotees walking in white and saffron. In the centre, a man in a full saffron-orange robe with a red tilak walks forward, smiling, while a second man in saffron to his left raises a hand in greeting. Several men and women in white dhotis and saris wear saffron shawls and rudraksha malas around their necks. A man in white on the right holds a water bottle. A white-shirted older man stands on the far left, and a poster is pinned to a post in the background.

Night photograph of a group walking outdoors in the dark. In the centre, a man with long swept-back dark hair and an orange shawl over orange robes, with a red bindi, smiles broadly. Around him, saffron-robed men and men in white kurtas with orange shawls, some wearing rudraksha malas and glasses, one with a white tripundra forehead mark. A white-haired older woman stands at the right edge.

A night street scene, most. In the centre, a man in a bright orange silk garment with a gold-bordered wrap and layered gold beaded necklaces, with gold armlets and bangles, speaks while gesturing with his right hand. A red-and-white vermilion mark is on his forehead and his long hair is swept back. To his left, a man in orange robes with rudraksha beads walks beside a woman in orange sari holding a mobile phone. To the right, a man in a white kurta with a rudraksha mala holds a silver staff. A shop sign glows red in the background. Four people are clearly visible, plus one partially visible person behind the centre figure.

Night procession on a dark road lit by a single street lamp, with a crowd of devotees walking together. In the center a woman with long dark hair wears a plain saffron-orange garment and walks with hands clasped. Beside her a young man in orange robes with a red-bordered cloth walks in step. Behind them, devotees in white dhotis and orange shawls and an older bearded sannyasi in orange robes with a red border carry garlands, and a man in white stands at the right edge. Tall trees and a utility pole frame the background. Consistent with the girivalam circumambulation described in the page excerpt, though no sacred landmark is clearly visible.

Night street procession on a paved road lined with shops and bright neon signs. Five men walk barefoot in a line. The central man wears a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, a rudraksha mala and gold necklace, gold armlets, and a vertical tilak on his forehead; he is the most prominent figure and appears to be a person, based on his saffron robes, multiple beaded malas and gold ornaments. Flanking him, a man in orange holds a silver-tipped ceremonial staff, and a woman in orange with a rudraksha mala walks at left. Two men in white dhotis and shirts walk at right, one holding a silver rod and wearing a mala, the other bare-chested with a white shawl edged in gold and a tilak. A man in a light blue shirt stands at far right.

Night procession on a dark road with a crowd of devotees walking together. A central man with long dark hair wears a loose saffron-orange robe and has a red tilak on his forehead, walking in the middle of the group. Around him, men in white dhotis and white shirts wear orange shawls and rudraksha malas, and a woman in a white outfit with an orange shawl walks among them. A man in front wears an orange robe and a small bag strap, and another holds a small light. A roadside sign and a street lamp are visible in the background.

A dim temple corridor at night where a procession of men walks toward the camera. In the centre, a smiling man wears a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, a red-beaded rudraksha necklace, a crown-like headpiece and a sandalwood-toned bead garland, carrying nothing in hand. Beside him, a bare-chested man in orange garments with a white headband and mala beads walks barefoot. Other devotees in orange robes and men in white dhotis follow, one holding a bundle of yellow cloth and another a round blue-and-white decorated object. Several figures appear partly in shadow, and a uniformed arm is visible at the right edge. The procession suggests a temple ritual walk.

Photograph taken at dusk or night on a sandy open ground, with a dark sky and a few distant street lamps and illuminated decorations behind. Five men walk together. In the centre-right, a smiling man wears a bright orange turban, orange robe and a rudraksha mala, with sandals on his feet. Beside him at left, a bearded man with long curly hair wears orange robes with red borders, a rudraksha mala, and is barefoot. Behind them, two men in white dhotis and white shirts with orange shawls and beaded necklaces walk, and a fifth man in a yellow shirt stands further back at left. Swamiji (probable): the smiling man in the orange turban, with long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala and saffron robes, walking in the group.
