A photograph of an inauguration under a white tent with a red carpet. Centre, a man in an orange turban, orange robe and long rudraksha mala stands barefoot beside a white-draped table, with a black plaque covered by an orange silk cloth. Left, a man in white shirt and white dhoti stands smiling. Right, a man in white shirt, white dhoti and glasses holds papers near the table, while a figure in orange robes stands at the edge. Behind them a red banner shows a logo and Tamil text, and a backdrop of red and dark tones. The turbaned, rudraksha-wearing central man matches the presentation cues, so this is a person in person.
