Outdoor ceremony under a white canopy with purple draping and orange and yellow marigold garlands. A bare-chested man with long hair tied back in a knot, wearing an orange cloth, drapes a gold-bordered cream shawl over a smiling man with long wavy hair in an orange robe and a rudraksha mala with a red tilak. Seated behind them on ornate chairs are orange-robed sannyasis, including a bespectacled man with an orange head covering and a shaved-headed monk in orange, with onlookers in white standing at the sides. The setting suggests an investiture or honouring ritual.2007-08-09A photograph of a temple darshan setting. In the centre, a man with long dark swept-back hair, a white forehead mark and an orange sleeveless robe smiles and reaches toward a devotee. Beside him, a man in an orange robe with a striped orange and maroon shawl leans forward and holds the end of an orange cloth. Devotees in white and striped shirts crowd at left, one holding a small phone. Behind them, a man in a yellow shawl stands near a metal grille, and a bald man in white stands in the background. At right, a deity murti is adorned with garlands of yellow and purple flowers and a pearl necklace. The orange-robed centre figure has distinctive long hair and orange attire, so this is an appearance-based a person candidate present in person.2009-12-06February 12 20132013-02-12Two saffron-robed men embrace on a stage under a white canopy with purple drapes and marigold garlands. The man at centre-right with long dark hair and a red-orange shawl is tearfully embracing a bare-chested man with his hair tied up in a knot at left, whose orange cloth wraps his waist and drapes over his shoulder. At right, an attendant in orange holds a white-and-red flower garland. Seated on red-cushioned gold chairs behind them are saffron-clad monks and white-bearded elders, with a man in a white shirt standing in the back. Several people are visible in the audience and on the stage, including a bearded man in orange at right.2007-08-09February 12 20132013-02-12February 14 20132013-02-14Outdoor festival pavilion under white canvas with a tent ceiling. A man with long dark hair, orange turban, rudraksha mala and orange robes smiles broadly while draping a maroon and gold shawl over the head of an older saffron-robed seated monk wearing orange turban and glasses. Several other orange-robed seated figures sit on gilded red-cushioned chairs at left, and a few uniformed officials and onlookers stand along a red-and-white barrier at right. Flower garlands and a decorated pillar are visible. The man with long hair and rudraksha mala has a presentation consistent with the Swamiji description, with long hair, orange turban and rudraksha mala cues, so he is described as the probable Swamiji presenting a shawl.2007-12-30Outdoor stage event under a white canvas canopy with a purple backdrop hung with marigold garlands. A man with long dark hair in an orange robe and orange shawl embraces another man in orange, who holds a white flower garland.
