A barefoot man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban walks along a dirt road lined with trees and parked vans. He carries a brass kettle-like vessel in one hand and a yellow-tipped staff or pole over his shoulder with an orange cloth bundle. A stone slab lies beside the road, with a few small white vans and a green van in the background under a partly cloudy sky.2003-01-01A figure in saffron-orange robes and a matching orange turban walks barefoot away from the camera along a sandy dirt road. He carries a brass water vessel in one hand and a long yellow staff over his shoulder, and a cloth bag hangs from his side. Bare arms show white markings. Trees line the road, parked white and green vans sit in the background, and a flat stone slab lies at the roadside under a partly cloudy sky.2004 - First Sannyas Deeksha At AdiKailaasa2004-07-02A standing man in an outdoor grassy field with trees and a power line behind him. He holds a tall wooden staff in one hand and a dark metal pot or kamandalu in the other, and wears orange sandals.2006-10-10 +1 copiesOctober 11 20062006-10-11Outdoor photo on a dusty open ground. A man with long dark hair swept back wears a flowing saffron-orange wrap over a red sleeveless undergarment and orange dhoti-style cloth, with orange-and-black sandals. He walks to the left with one hand slightly raised. On the right edge, a person in white ritual clothing with a red-bordered cloth holds up a dark umbrella-like staff. Behind them are parked white vans and a car, a thatched shade structure, black water tanks and green trees under a pale sky.2009-08-08A figure in a saffron-orange robe and matching orange turban walks away from the camera along a dirt path across a grassy compound. A long gold-toned necklace hangs on the chest. Coconut palm fronds hang in the foreground framing the scene, with leafy trees, a thatched-roof shelter and white walls with red bases behind, and a heap of dry straw on the left. The figure is the only person visible, shown at a distance.2008-07-17A photograph of a man standing on bare dirt ground outdoors, leaning on a long dark wooden walking staff held in his right hand. He wears an orange-saffron turban, an orange-saffron shawl draped over one shoulder and wrapped around his body, and an orange-saffron dhoti, with orange sandals. A white pearl-style necklace hangs at his chest. Behind him are a red-brown wall, a green shrub, patchy grass and a white block structure at the left edge. A small purple logo with a white bird appears at the top left. The man has long dark hair falling behind the turban and is looking off to the side. Because the page names Swamiji and his distinctive saffron turban, long hair, and rudraksha-style pearl mala match the expected presentation, this is an appearance-based candidate: Swamiji (probable), standing in person.2006-10-10October 09 20112011-10-09July 22 20062006-07-22 +1 copiesFebruary 10 20072007-02-10 +1 copiesA photograph of a single person seen from behind, walking away across bare dusty ground beside a grey concrete block wall. The person has long dark wavy hair, bare shoulders and back, and is wrapped in a flowing saffron-orange cloth draped from the waist to the ankles.
