June 13 20132013-06-13A smiling man in a rust-red dhoti and matching shawl sits on a leopard-print cushioned seat under a wooden canopy. He wears a red-and-gold headband, white vertical tilak with a red bindi, a heavy gold necklace with rudraksha-style gold beads and a large jewelled pendant, gold armlets and bangles, and white jasmine garlands with red roses. He holds a wooden staff across his lap. Beside him stands a woman in a maroon sari with a beaded necklace, and behind her a woman in maroon with a white garland, both among a group of devotees in matching maroon robes holding long ceremonial staffs topped with a golden trident. A younger man in a white shirt and red-orange shawl with printed text leans in close, gesturing with his hands as if speaking. Red structures and a golden trident are visible in the background. Swamiji candidate: the seated figure wears long swept-back hair, a rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold necklace, consistent with a probable appearance-based match, shown in a seated role.2013-12-26June 13 20132013-06-13A man seated on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, wearing an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl with gold borders and a bare upper body. He wears long rudraksha malas around his neck and across his chest, a white sacred-thread style cord, and a red bindi with white vibhuti marks on his forehead. He holds a headset microphone near his face, a phone-like device raised to one ear, and a long beaded mala hangs from his hand. Marigold and white flowers lie on the gold platform at his feet, and a green hillside backdrop is visible behind the throne. The figure's appearance is consistent with the a person candidate cues (rudraksha malas, saffron clothing, ornate throne), though identity is uncertain.2012-07-08November 16 20152015-11-16April 12 20132013-04-12 +2 copiesAugust 17 20142014-08-17A smiling man seated on an ornate silver throne with leopard-print cushions, wearing a rust-brown turban decorated with white and gold jewelled brooches, a rust-brown wrap over the shoulders and body, and rudraksha malas around the neck and arms.
