At the far end stands a shrine with a gilded arch framing a deity murti, with a red backdrop and orange drapes. Two saffron-robed sannyasis stand near the front, one in a saffron robe and shawl holding a tray or offering plate and extending an arm toward the shrine, the other in saffron clothing beside him. Devotees in lines behind metal railings fold their hands in anjali and hold small papers, while women in colourful salwar kameez and a man in a yellow shirt watch and wait. The scene suggests a darshan or padapuja line.2009-12-07November 01 20062006-11-01Outdoor photo of devotees gathered on a dirt courtyard beside a tall copper kodimaram-style pillar and a golden canopied shrine or palanquin holding deity murtis draped in red cloth, with palm trees behind. Many people in white and pastel saris, shirts and trousers stand, walk or look toward the shrine; a child in a yellow outfit walks in front, a woman in a blue sari sits at right, and a man in a white shirt and dark trousers stands with folded papers. Some devotees in the background crouch near the shrine. No individual is identifiable as a person; no candidate is visible.2009-07-07August 03 20092009-08-03November 27 20122012-11-27
