A woman in a blue sari with gold border sits in the middle row. Small brass oil lamps and bowls stand before them on orange cloths. A central figure in a tall black crown-like headdress and orange-and-red shawl sits on a low dais beside a silver trident standard, gesturing toward the audience. Dozens of seated attendees in white, orange and saffron clothing, some wearing orange lanyards, fill the floor in front of the dais and back rows.
