Photograph of the white gopuram of a temple tower seen through green leaves, with a hill behind it under a clear blue sky. Several men in white and yellow clothing stand on a scaffolded platform at the top of the tower, with a small umbrella-like canopy over a central seated figure in orange. Scaffolding covers the upper tower, and striped poles run down its face. Workers or priests appear to be preparing the tower for ritual consecration.

Scaffolding and a few orange and red decorations are visible near the top of the tower. A second smaller tower stands to the left. No people are visible in the scene.

Photograph of the white gopuram tower of a South Indian temple, seen through green leaves in the foreground. A wide elevated view over a dense town of low rooftops, trees and small concrete buildings toward a tall white gopuram of a Hindu temple at the centre, with several smaller white and grey gopurams visible on the horizon under a pale hazy sky. Green foliage fills the left foreground and rocky outcrop appears at the lower right. No people are visible in the scene.

A photograph of a tall white temple gopuram (tower) partly screened by green leaves in the foreground, with a blue sky and rocky hill behind. Scaffolding covers the tower, and a small group of people stand on a wooden platform at its top beneath a round canopy or umbrella. Several figures in white dhotis and bare upper bodies, along with a few in yellow and orange garments, are gathered around, apparently engaged in temple work at the summit. A white bird emblem appears in the upper left sky.

A dim dusk or early-morning photo taken through a window, showing a high stone boundary wall with a temple gopuram tower rising above dark trees against a pale blue sky. Overhead power lines cross the sky and a tree branch frames the upper right corner. No people are visible; the scene is a distant temple view from a moving vehicle.
