A photograph of a rocky excavation site showing two workers at the bottom of a quarry pit. One worker in a red and white head wrap and light clothing operates a pneumatic drill or hammer, with a green air hose running across the rock surface. Another worker in a white shirt, pale trousers and a pink head cloth stands nearby. Loose grey stone, broken rock slabs, a blue tarp holding tools, and a green bottle sit around the pit. Dust rises from the drilling. No ritual or ceremony is visible.

The man on the left wears a pink-and-purple checked head cloth and an orange shirt and bends over a jackhammer or drill. The man on the right wears a pale headband, a light shirt and trousers, and rests one foot on a rock while bracing the tool. A green hose runs across the ground, and a blue tarpaulin holds scattered iron drill bits and rods. A green bottle lies on the ground, and white smoke or dust rises from the drilling point.2010-02-10A man stands on a dusty, rocky quarry slope holding a pneumatic rock drill with a long rubber air hose trailing across the reddish-brown earth.
