December 21 20162016-12-21December 05 20162016-12-05Crowded seated satsang audience under a white tent at a Sangha meeting. In the foreground a woman in white with an orange shawl sits beside a man in a pink-purple shirt holding a folding fan, next to a bald older man in white with a rudraksha mala and beaded necklaces. Women in saffron, orange and green saris and shawls, and many others in white, sit on chairs and the floor, some with hands folded in devotion. A few faces are partially hidden by other attendees. Nothing visible distinctively identifies a candidate as a person, and the attendees appear to be devotees seated for the gathering.2016-05-19A large seated congregation fills a hall at a Sadashivoham convention. In the foreground, a golden ornate throne or seat with carved dragon-like finials occupies the right edge. Many devotees sit in white, pink, blue and purple clothing; several men wear rudraksha malas and one bare-chested man has white markings on his body. A woman in a magenta sari and a woman in purple sit near the centre, and a blonde woman with glasses wears purple. A large screen above shows an image of a person. The mood is attentive satsang or darshan. Visible people are numerous, well over twenty.2016-12-05A packed indoor satsang audience seated on blue cushioned benches and floor mats, facing forward toward an unseen stage. In the centre, an older man with glasses and a bald head wears a red-and-gold shawl over white clothes and holds a long wooden staff. Beside him an older man in white kurta sits attentively. On the right, a man in a pink shirt watches. In front, women in saris, including one in a red blouse and white sari, and young girls in orange robes with white forehead markings sit with books. Behind, many devotees with forehead markings fill the hall. The mood is focused listening.2014-06-01September 16 20132013-09-16 +2 copiesA large seated audience of women fills a hall at an Inner Awakening Convention session. Many wear saffron-orange or cream and white saris and rudraksha malas, some with vibhuti or kumkum on their foreheads. Several sit on red mats and red chairs, with a catering or service table and a person in a red sari visible in the background. Foreground attendees look attentive, with eyes closed or gazing forward. No speaker or a person candidate is visible in the frame.2013-03-24December 05 20162016-12-05A large seated audience fills an indoor hall with white draped chairs, a dark wooden door and red curtain in the background. Most attendees wear white or pastel clothing, many with rudraksha malas and small bead necklaces, and several have reading glasses or are seen in profile. A woman in an orange shawl sits at the upper left, and a woman in orange and a white kurta with red beads sits at the upper right. A man with long dark hair in a light shirt sits centre-left among the rows. Some people sit with hands folded or cheeks resting on hands, and a boy in a grey jacket sits on the lower right. No clearly identifiable speaker or stage figure is visible in the frame.2016-12-07October 02 20112011-10-02October 18 20152015-10-18A photograph of a seated devotee gathering in a red-walled hall, centred on a figure in an orange-red robe and orange turban seated on an ornate gold throne with carved gilt panels, a golden staff beside him and warm lamp light. He wears a layered garland and a rudraksha-style necklace and is raising a hand as if speaking. Around the throne, people sit cross-legged on the floor: several men in white dhotis with saffron shawls, a bald man in white with his back to the camera, women in saffron, red and purple saris, and a white-haired woman in a floral kurta. A brass oil lamp stands at the left edge, and a camera on a tripod is visible at top left. The description matches the page's Q&A session; the throne figure's cues are an orange turban, saffron-orange robe and ornate adornments.2015-10-26
