He wears a gold bead necklace with a gold pendant, and has white vertical tilak marks on his forehead and arms. Seated devotees in the foreground, some bare-chested with white ash markings and rudraksha malas, face the ritual. A red fire extinguisher hangs on a white wall beside a carved wooden door, indicating an indoor hall during a purification or abhishekam-style rite.2017-04-26Close photograph of a seated devotee's hand holding a single green leaf between thumb and forefinger, with a dark beaded rudraksha-style bracelet on the wrist. Blurred figures in the background wear orange and red garments and gold bangles, with hands resting in their laps. Warm orange, red and green tones dominate.
