A smiling young man in white ritual clothes with an orange saffron shawl sits in a small workshop, raising a long wooden rod wrapped in red and gold cord above his head with one arm. A red tilak mark is on his forehead. Behind him, white garments hang on a wall, and bundled straw or grass brooms rest on a concrete counter with a calculator and papers. A metal bowl sits on the floor in front, and a folding chair and wooden stand are at the left edge. This appears to show a sannyasi learning the traditional making of a kattumurthy and udal, a musical drum-stick-like instrument, rather than a formal ceremony. The page identifies the event as Nithyananda University courses in Tiruvannamalai, but the man is not clearly identifiable from appearance.

A photograph of a seated man in white traditional clothing with a white dhoti bordered in red stripes, wearing an orange shawl over the shoulder, carefully winding a red cord around a small brass or metal rod. His hands are working the red thread while another orange-clad figure is partly visible at the right edge. The setting is a plain floor with a patterned mat, a stone block and a teal object nearby. Only the hands and lower body of the seated figures are visible.

A photograph inside a plain white-walled ritual room with brass vessels hanging on the left wall and a steel sink unit behind. A smiling bald man in white clothes and an orange shawl sits on his knees with palms pressed together in greeting. Beside him, a woman in a white sari with red blouse sits on a red-and-blue striped mat, arranging items on a leaf and tray. A young woman in white with an orange shawl sits with hands folded, and a bearded man in orange robes sits in the foreground with palms joined. A man lies face-down on the mat near the center, and a standing person in white with an orange shawl and rudraksha mala is at the right edge. Seven people are visible.

A smiling young woman with long dark curly hair wearing a white garment and a rudraksha mala stands against a weathered, peeling plaster wall, holding up a length of red cloth with gold-striped borders. Other red fabric lengths in the foreground and at right are being handled by unseen hands. The scene suggests a sannyasi training session in traditional tying of kattumurthy, a red cloth, in Tiruvannamalai. No a person candidate is visible.

A photograph of men assembling a bamboo frame indoors on a wooden board. A seated man in white clothing with an orange shawl ties rope around a bamboo cross-piece, while another man in white holds the frame steady. A red-wrapped vertical post with gold markings stands at the centre, and a pair of red-painted cylinders and loose bamboo lengths lie on the floor at right. The setting looks like a workshop or prayer room with plain white walls. Someone's grey-haired head is visible at the lower left, and a hand holds the red post.

Around her, several people in saffron orange cloth sit or lie on the floor, some with bundles wrapped in orange fabric and small packets beside them. A red-draped altar or platform stands behind, with a white plastic chair at left.

A seated man in saffron-orange sannyasi robes with long dark wavy hair sits cross-legged on a wooden seat with a carved ornate backrest, hands resting in his lap. Beside him, a person in white clothes holds a wooden torch wrapped in white cloth, its flame lit, near the seated man. Another person in white stands behind, with a brass or wooden carved pillar in the background and a red-tiled floor. a person: the seated man has long swept-back hair and saffron robes, but the cues are not sufficiently distinctive to confirm, so the appearance is unsure.

A woman in a white sari with a red-and-gold border and a rudraksha mala around her neck smiles while holding an orange cloth draped over a bamboo pole. A man with white hair and a white beard, wearing a white shirt and a grey sleeveless vest, reaches to adjust the orange cloth and holds a small metal container. Behind them, several people in orange and saffron robes stand outdoors, including a younger man in orange with a light-coloured tilak. A brass kalasha-style vessel rests near the bottom right.
