Transliteration

"para äsaëä kau guëa coräsi väi jäé pavana sarala bahai para äsaëa kau guëa gaöhiyä bäi jäé "

Translation

Legs are spread wide apart and hands are also spread over the legs.


Steps/Technique

1. Come onto your knee and extend the other leg in front. 2. Slowly extend the leg forward while extending the other leg back. 3. Extend the arms as well and hold the posture."
