The Tamil month of Aadi is considered highly auspicious, when divine forces bless the Earth with grace and answer your prayers.

On this Auspicious occasion of Skanda Sashti, Kailasa Houston celebrated with SKANDA SASHTI KAVACHAM & LAGHU PUJA to Sri Murugan Valli Devasena.

Kamika Ekadashi is the first Ekadashi, which falls during CHATHURMASYA.

One who observes Kamika Ekadashi, can get rid of their past Karmas, get relief from 'Pitru Dosha' & attain Moksha (salvation).

On this Auspicious Day, Kailasa Houston offered Vishnu Sahasranamam, Venkateshwara Laghu Puja & Lakshmi Puja.

Every Saturday, for 250+ weeks, the Sangha Jananis perform the Thiru Vilakku (Lamp) Puja.

‘Vilakku’ (Lamp) is the symbol of Devi Maha Lakshmi, the Deity of Abundance and Prosperity.

Light Symbolizes God, and Knowledge. Oil or Ghee Symbolizes Vasanas / Negative Tendencies. Wick Symbolizes Ego - It Exhausts Slowly Just As Ego in Us Has To Burn & Perish. Higher Ideals are Indicated By the Lamp Burning Upwards

The worshipping of Devi Lakshmi during Vilakku puja brings auspiciousness for ourselves, our extended family & in turn the whole world.

By the grace and blessings of the Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His divine holiness Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam Kailasa Melbourne Sarvajnapeetham offered Suprabhatam Seva, the sacred process of waking up the deities.

After, Guru puja and Shiva Puja were offered. Naivedhyams were offered to all deities.

We offered our Daily Guru Paduka Puja and Shiva Puja, 23 July 2022, giving gratitude to Swamiji.

We had our teamily meeting today, with participation of 5 members, updates were given on our plans as discussed at our previous meeting. Our nightly Chaturmasya 2022 Vratam Session for 23 July 2022, tonight we read from the Living Enlightenment Book page49 to Page 57. Powerful cognition from tonight's reading: "One of the ashramites asked me one day, ‘Swamiji, everyday you see all of us, all our mistakes and confusions. It is the same thing for you every day. Are you not bored by us?’ It was a very onest question! I told them, ‘For enlightened beings, just because of their very love, they feel everybody is unique. They do not look at people as mere numbers. They see each one as unique.’ That is why, with so much patience, masters continue to work with everybody. If it were just a matter of numbers, it would be very different. When you have this love, your inner space is such that there is no logical reason behind your actions. You will just feel connected and you will radiate love, that’s all!

We invite all to join us nightly for Bhagavat Gita Reading Sessions and Living Enlightenment Reading Session, we will be alternating each session every other day. Time: 7:30 pm AST Living Enlightenment Reading #42 - 4 Participants (198)

GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)

1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA

We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.

2. ABHISHEKAM AND ALANKARAM SEVA TO NAVAGRAHA

Abhishekam, Alankaram and Ararti were offered to Adityadi Navagraha Devatabhyo , by the grace and blessings of The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam.

3. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING

We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.

4. PALLIYARI PUJA

We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.

ENRICHING ACTIVITIES

1. As a part of Charya Pada, Nithya Yoga and Nithya Puja were practiced during Brahma Muharta.

We continuously enrich the Northern California by creating posts across various social media platforms with the sacred truths revealed by SPH, darshan pictures of the deities, Yoga and Meditation Sessions pictures, conducting online sessions,Info about upcoming programs and by going live for local temple events. Enriching calls are made daily to support people in Causing their Reality.
