GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)

1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA

We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.

2. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING

We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.

3. PALLIYARI PUJA

We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.

ENRICHING ACTIVITIES

1. As a part of Charya Pada, Nithya Yoga and Nithya Puja were practiced during Brahma Muharta. Today was our day 1140 of BrahmaMuharta Yoga and Puja.

2. 🕉 📖 Nithyananda Jnanalaya of Kailasa San Jose Living Enlightenment Book Reading Session 101 today.

We continued reading the chapter “Enlightenment is the key to your kingdom”. We shared spiritual practice and experiences and some of the situations along the way while reading "Enlightenment is..." “People think that after enlightenment masters don't grow. I tell you, after enlightenment, not only are they constantly updated, every moment growth is happening, expansion is happening. God grows! Nothing else grows.” ~ Page 596-597 Gratitude to SWAMIJI- we are constantly being blessed with the vibrant energy of Living Enlightenment, healing us, helping us raise our consciousness, thank you for showering us with your grace

3. LIGHTING LAMP FOR SWAMIJI

KAILASA San Jose conducted Mahavakya chanting with lighting a lamp for Arunagiri Yogeeshwara offering sincere prayers to continue to radiate through our Beloved SWAMIJI The SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam and keep his physical body alive for blessing the entire humanity

4. Day 6 Guru Mudi ( Jeevan Mukthi Vrata) : Fifth Level of Unclutching Session

KAILASA San Jose conducted Fifth Level of powerful unclutching session as part of the Grand Guru Purnima Sessions. Unclutching from inner world identities, like parental conditioning, Ahamkara and Mamakara

SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam shares - “Ahamkara means the idea you project about yourself to others. Mamakara means the idea you believe about you as you inside you. See, always the idea you project to others about you will be more than what you are. Mamakara the idea you believe about you, in the inner self is be always lower than you. Your whole life is nothing but the fight between the Ahamkara and Mamakara means the identity you project in the outer world and the identity you believe as you in the inner world.

Unclutch from inner world identity, both the identities. Unclutch from the identity you project to the outer world Unclutch from the identity you believe as you in the inner world”
