Suprabhatam is the act of dedicating oneself to the Divine and seeking Paramashiva’s blessings at the start of a new day. We offered our Daily Guru Paduka Puja and Shiva Puja, keeping the lamp lit for Swamiji.

Jeevan Mukti Vrata for Guru Purnima - KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago started our 21 day Jivan Mukti Vrata as part of Guru Purnima Celebrations 2022 and we are gathering via zoom to collectively observe the Vrata: SHEDULE FOR NIGHTLY SESSIONS DURING JIVAN MUKTI VRATA 8:00 pm - 8:10 pm - Lighting lamps for Swamiji 8:10 - 8:30 pm - Chanting Mahavakya 108 times 8:30 - 8:45 pm - Reading from The Guru Gita 8:45 - 9:30 pm - Satsang and Short Group Discussion. 9:30 - 10 pm Shakti Dharana Meditation Jeevan Mukti Vrata for Guru Purnima - #1 - 3 Participants (3)

GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)

1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA

We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.

2. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING

We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.

3. PALLIYARI PUJA

We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.

ENRICHING ACTIVITIES

1. As a part of Charya Pada, Nithya Yoga and Nithya Puja were practiced during Brahma Muharta. Today was our day 1135 of BrahmaMuharta Yoga and Puja.

2. Day 1 Guru Mudi ( Jeevan Mukthi Vrata)

KAILASA San Jose will be conducting 9 levels of powerful unclutching session as part of the Grand Guru Purnima Sessions.

The Session are very powerful to manifest ones reality in all the three major dimensions of life - Health, Wealth and Relationships and to UNCLUTCH from the very ‘I’.

In every level of Unclutching, in every aspect of Unclutching, one will experience some new free dimension of you

One will experience some extraordinary experiences or expressions

3. Enriching for upcoming PARAMASHIVOHAM L3

People are shared and enriched about the upcoming PARAMASHIVOHAM LEVEL 3 program.

4. Enriching via Social Media Platforms and enriching calls.

We continuously enrich the Northern California by creating posts across various social media platforms with the sacred truths revealed by SPH, darshan pictures of the deities, Yoga and Meditation Sessions pictures, conducting online sessions,Info about upcoming programs and by going live for local temple events. Enriching calls are made daily to support people in Causing their Reality.
