If you focus on the inside, the action of seeing and seer will merge and it will powerfully pull the seen into the seer and seeing. Seer is the source, of consciousness in you. Seeing is the action. Seen is the world.

Whether outer or inner world, both are seen. Even the colors you see is seen. Powerfully merging the action of seeing into the seer, so that the whole seeing in the outer or inner world is pulled inside the seer - all three become one and the same, is Paramam - ultimate.

We offered our Sunday morning Paduka Puja with the chanting of 108 Nithyananda ashtottara shata namavalli while offering flower abhhishekam to Swamiji's Padukas followed by our daily Shiva Puja. We also lit lamp and prayed to Arunagiri Yogeshwara to continue to be with us as Swamiji ....

KAILASA Trinidad & Tobago gathered on 19-Jun-22 via zoom to offer our love and prayers to Arunagiri Yogeshwara to continue to be available to all of us through our beloved Swamiji Kailasa's Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. - We all lit lamps and offered our prayers to Arunagiri Yogeshwara. - We chanted Mahavakya 108 times. We also listened to the beautiful teachings and leelas from Avatar Shastra. - We will be meeting every night at 8 pm to offer prayers for SPH, Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam. GARBHALAYA (SHRINE ACTIVITIES)

1. SUPRABHATAM SEVA

We started the day with Suprabhatam Seva, first and foremost seva performed in the Temple to wake up the Deities.

2. SOMAVARA RUDRABHISHEKAM AND ALANKARAM

Somavara Rudrabhishekam Seva was offered to Shiva Lingam

3. EVENING GURU PUJA & SHIVA PUJA AND NAIVEDYAM OFFERING

We offered Guru Puja, which is an offering of gratitude to our beloved Bhagavan Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for happening in our lives. Shiva Puja was offered to experience oneness with Paramashiva. Naivedyam was offered to SWAMIJI and the Deities.

4. PALLIYARI PUJA

We ended the day with Palliyari Puja. After Palliyari Puja, Arati was offered to Kalabhairava Door and Jnanalaya. SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam blessed that Sri Kalabhairava will reside in the shrine door. We worship Kalabhairava's presence in the door.

ENRICHING ACTIVITIES

1. LIGHTING LAMP FOR SWAMIJI

KAILASA San Jose conducted 21 mins of Mahavakya chanting with lighting a lamp for Arunagiri Yogeeshwara offering sincere prayers to continue to radiate through our Beloved SWAMIJI The SPH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam and keep his physical body alive for blessing the entire humanity

2. Day 46: DAILY KALPATARU MEDITATION

Powerful KALPATARU DAY 46 MEDITATION session was conducted by KAILASA San Jose.

Kalpataru Meditation is a powerful meditation given by SPH JGM Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam.

Kalpataru is the ability to Manifest what you want as reality. Attending the meditation will help in removing all your obstacles and a person will be able to Manifest Their Reality.

KAILASA San Jose celebrated 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 by doing 𝟏𝟎𝟖 𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐘𝐀 𝐍𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝟗𝟎 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐓𝐄S It was wonderful to do 108 Surya NAMASKARs as a group. Everyone loved the session and was filled with energy by the end of the session. By popular demand we will be conducting more of these sessions in upcoming months.

Surya Namaskar is a Vinyasa krama which combines 12 asanas (postures), the breathing, the mantra chanting into a complete dynamic meditation in itself. Surya Namaskar is a complete spiritual practice on its own that helps us to recognize our inner Sun, the inner light within us.

The practice of Surya Namaskar has several benefits. 🌹It awaken the body's innate intelligence to directly harness energy from the sun. 🌹It brings health, emotional well-being and spiritual clarity, as well as a sense of harmony with nature. 🌹We will also learn the benefits of each of the asanas in the Surya Namaskar during the session.
