His Divine Holiness (HDH) explained that anger is neither good nor bad, it is pure energy. He shared that anger should not be object based, but it should be purpose based, further explaining that if the anger is supporting your life mission, then it is purpose based.

Also on this day Uttamotama Seva and Manifesting Shaktis took place in Nithyananda Peetham, Bengaluru Aadheenam.
