Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism JGM HDH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam

Narration

His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam (HDH) lead a group of 90 people to Varanasi - the spiritual capital of India, between 3rd and 11th of Jan 2006. The main purpose of the visit was to dissolve the ashes of Sri Sri Sri Nithya Arunachalananda Swamiji, beloved father of HDH, who attained Maha Samadhi (left the body after Enlightenment) on 12 Nov 2005, in the holy waters of the River Ganges in Varanasi. Below are some pictures taken on 07th Jan 2006 at Varanasi, when HDH visited the Kalabhairava temple, Birla Mandir and Durga Mandir. HDH spent some time sitting with the group outside the Birla Mandir during which time the temple administrative staff and also passers by who recognised His divinity came and honoured him with garlands and took his blessings. He later walked the streets of Varanasi, visited the spiritual bazar, took the autorickshaw and went on a boat ride on the ganges soaking in the atmosphere of Kashi that he loved so much. Below are some pictures taken during the day.
